professional approach

Zeena believes that the key to facilitating recovery from an injury is establishing a solid collaboration between therapist and client. She believes in not only treating a body part or the biomechanical aspect of an injury but the whole person. She empowers clients and patients by getting them mentally and physically ready to return to play or work.

Personal Life

She is passionate about health and wellness. She used to run half marathons until she discovered her love for barbell sports through Crossfit. Currently, she trains and competes as a 49kg lifter in Russian style Olympic weightlifting with Chasing Kilos in Brooklyn.

When not at the gym or clinic, she is usually at Prospect park strolling with her wife and 2 year old corgi, Queen Elizabeth aka “Liz”.
