Our first 6 Week Transformation runs from  September 9 - October 14

What you get:

  • 6 Saturday group fitness classes at Fit Club NY
  • 1 weekly programmed workout to complete on your own
  • Nutritional education to maximize your results
  • Objective measurements to aid in determine your progress (weight, body fat %, anthropometric measurements)
  • Group accountability

We understand things happen and you may not be able to make all 6 weeks consecutively. This package will be valid through October 28th.
