GROUP FITNESS

Our 6-week Transformation Program is designed by Strength and Conditioning Specialists and implemented by Doctors of Physical Therapy. You can be confident you will see amazing results and stay injury-free! Entrance into the 6-week program includes a movement screen and meal plan. Participants will be evaluated prior to their first week to assess body composition, weight, and goals.
These bootcamp-style classes are 45-minutes long and will meet Saturdays at 12:00PM. They include a dynamic warm-up and a combination of bodyweight, cardio, and mobility exercises that target your whole body!

Cost: $35 per class or $180 for a package of 6
